Shipping Policy
Books & Full Sets
At NASCLA Prep, we prioritize prompt and secure delivery for every order placed on our website. All books and full sets are shipped via UPS, typically occurring within 2–7 business days. Given the high value and substantial weight (up to 50 lbs) of full sets, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure security. For your convenience and safety during handling, we recommend using a dolly, cart, or wheeled suitcase.

Refund Policy
Online Course
At NASCLA Prep, we are committed to providing high-quality education tailored to your needs. However, we understand that circumstances may require a refund. If you cancel enrollment before the course begins, you will receive a full refund, minus any processing fee incurred. For cancellations on or after the start of the course, refunds will be prorated according to the percentage of the course completed. Our straightforward refund process is designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and your continued satisfaction.
1-Year Guarantee
Online Course
Our “No Pass, No Pay” guarantee reflects our commitment to your success. If a student does not pass the NASCLA exam after three attempts within one year, we will extend your tuition for an additional year at no extra cost. This promise underlines our dedication to ensuring you have every opportunity to achieve your dream of becoming a contractor and making your investment in education truly worthwhile.
